Raised in Houston’s 5th Ward area Brittany discovered early on that her passion for music would drive her to pursue her dreams as an artist. Inspired by Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, and her mother Leticia Franklin who once sang in the gospel group “Praise Community Choir” alongside gospel legend, Yolanda Adams.
